Returns Policy

At Lavanti, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our hardwood bathroom vanities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items under the following conditions:

  • Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to expedite the process.
  • Non-Defective Items: If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging materials intact.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Support@lavanti.com or 201-615-4261 to initiate your return request.
  2. Provide Documentation: For defective items, please provide clear images of the damage and a description of the issue.
  3. Approval and Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Shipping and Fees

  • All returned items must be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight.
  • For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
